Negotiations

The DSA has, with the help of Mariposa County, negotiated a fair contract for the coming year. In light of the current
economic times and in the spirit of cooperation with the County, the DSA did not seek a salary increase this year.
Instead the negotiations centered on administrative details, and the reapportionment of sick time hours, and other types
of existing leaves.

Our Association wishes to specifically thank the Board of
Supervisors, Sandy Laird, Rick Belanos and Paul Konsdorf for
their cooperation and help in securing this year's contract.
